The Velgen VFF-12 wheels are a 12-spoke, split-spoke wheel that is perfect for truck applications. Almost all car and truck enthusiasts swap out factory wheels with aftermarket ones as part of their first modifications. Many prefer a wheel that separates their vehicle from the rest. The VFF-12 has been designed to accomplish just that. Many other wheels offer an upgraded OEM look, but the VFF-12 adds a unique touch to your car. You can pick from a variety of sizes for the VFF-12 wheel, making it ideal for your truck or SUV. These Velgen VFF-12 wheels are lighter than most aftermarket truck and SUV wheels, so your ride will be much more enjoyable. Choose from a variety of colors and sizes to customize your vehicle.

Velgen Wheels offer’s a 5 Year Manufacture Warranty & LIFE TIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. To any of our customer’s who have a warranty issue, please contact us direct to our warranty department to handle any warranty claims. Velgen’s warranty is only for the original purchaser. Please make sure all wheels are test fitted for proper fitment and brake clearance.

Not Warrantied:

Velgen Wheels are not for track purposes.

Curb rash wheels , rock chips , improper tire mounting , improper installation, improper mounting equipment is Not covered under warranty. Please make sure the installer has the correct mounting machines to mount tire on Velgen Wheels. If you hit a POT HOLE and cause damage to the wheels, that is not covered under warranty. If you go through your favorite drive thru and curb a wheel, thats not covered under warranty.

Stretched Tires:

We all know everyone wants the stretch look, however stretched tires does not give the wheel full support. Vehicles that use improper tire size or tire fitment may cause damage to the wheels as in Curb Rash, Bent ,or Crack Wheel. Improper tire fitment at high speed or cornering may even pull the bead from the wheel. For correct tire sizes and fitment, please feel free to contact us any time. It is up to the customer’s discretion to use an improper tire size.

Velgen Wheel & Tire Fitment & Installation:

To ALL Velgen Customers, please contact us for Tire Size Recommendations and any Wheel Fitment questions. We are not responsible for the retailer for installing incorrect tire sizes on your vehicle. Please make sure the shop / store has the correct mounting machines. Improper amount machine may cause damage to wheel. PLEASE make sure wheels are test fitted before mounting tires for brake clearance.

Wheel Maintenance:

We recommend the use of soap and water ” Standard Car Soap & Water “. We are NOT responsible for any stains or damage caused by chemicals , detergent’s , automatic car washes , polishing compounds , or coarse abrasive’s on Velgen Wheels. Velgen Wheels should not be cleaned while the wheels are HOT. Using chemicals , detergent’s , polishing compounds , automatic car washes may cause stains on the wheels, that is not covered under warranty.

Materials & Structure:

Velgen Wheels Light Weight Series are Manufactured in Flow Form Technology.The Flow Form Technology is one of the latest advanced wheels manufacturing process to date. The Flow Form Technology is created to pursue the balance between rigidity, strength, lightweight by applying this technology into the wheels during manufacture process. When casting is complete, the wheel is heated and placed in the Flow Forming machine and is spun as as two steel rollers with high pressure spins out the inner barrel to the correct specifications to the manufacturing specs needed.  Flow From does not mean FORGED!

Shipping of Velgen Wheels upon order will come directly from the Velgen Wheels warehouse in the USA. This is due to the large quantity of styles and colours making stocking the full range of items in the UK impossible. Some popular style may be held in stock in the UK. 

Lead times are normally from 7-28 working days depending on US stock availability and the timing of our US-UK freight deliveries.

If out of stock in the US it can take considerably longer as we must wait for new batches to arrive from production.

Delivery to you is carried out directly on arrival into the UK from the USA or through our fulfilment centre for stock items. Our shipping team will select an appropriate carrier for you depending on the item and your location. 

Wheels are bulky and large and do delivery must be arranged and accepted securely. If no one is available to take receipt of the wheels re-delivery charges may apply.

If your shipping destination is unlisted please contact us as it may require a custom shipping quote.

NOTE: No Forged wheels can be returned and the lead time is usually longer as they are made to order not sent from stock.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be indicated to us prior to return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If the item you have received has been damaged during transit please refer to the relevant section below.

Several types of goodscannot be returned or cancelled. These include any goods made or ordered to your specification, i.e. forged wheels, or special orders from the US. 

To be eligible for a return the following must apply;

1) Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) It must also be in the original packaging
3) You must have proof of purchase.

If you are eligible for a return follow the steps below. In certain circumstances, we may accept returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. In these circumstances only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Email us at info@velgenwheels.co.uk to provide us further details.

1. Notify us of your intent to return via phone or email/website contact form.
2. Return item to the address given below.
3. Include your name and order number (e.g. UK1111) on a paper with the return.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs which are nonrefundable. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit to us. Consider using a signed for / tracked return service which also provides adequate loss cover.

CHARGES
A restocking fee will be charged for each item that is returned. If your original order included free shipping you will also be charged for the shipping to you.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note any original delivery charges that you may have paid are nonrefundable.

If you haven’t heard anything about your refund in the first instance please check your tracking to confirm the item has been delivered. If your item has been delivered and you have not had an update about your return please email us at info@velgenwheels.co.uk with details of the return including tracking. During peak periods it may take our warehouse a few days to process returns.

Once a return has been processed it may take a few days for the money to appear back on your original payment method.


CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched/marked for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched/marked for dispatch. the returns policy will need to be followed.

Special order items that are not stock items cannot be cancelled.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the first instance send us an email at info@velgenwheels.co.uk to confirm the circumstances for the exchange.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If the item you have received is damaged during transit please contact us at info@velgenwheels.co.uk with your name and order number and details of the damage. We will also need the following photos so that a claim can be raised with the courier.

1. Pictures of the shipping label (e.g carrier shipping label)

2. Pictures of the damaged packaging (if applicable)

3. Pictures of the damaged item

Further pictures may be required.

LOST IN TRANSIT
Deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to un-forseen circumstances, if however you have not received you delivery 1 week after dispatch please send us an email at info@velgenwheels.co.uk with details of your order number so that we can follow up with the relevant carrier. Please note this may take some time as the carrier will need to investigate to confirm whether the item has been lost or is still in their system. We are unable to provide replacements until the carrier has confirmed the item has been lost.
